Since the start of our company in 1981, Texton has worked in conjunction with the best subcontractors to build over 1000 units of residential housing. We’ve realized 110 unit apartments, 63 condos, and countless tracts of homes of various sizes. Our experience managing construction projects in Pasadena and the surrounding area has allowed us to build reliable relationships with local subcontractors. Because we have much recent Pasadena experience, we know what the ideal finished product is, which subcontractors we need to build it, and the price it should cost. Our operation is efficient with a vibrant and experienced team. All the chief members of our team entered the field immediately after graduating from an esteemed construction or relative engineering major in college and have many decades of experience.
